We're Robin and Laura, the owners of LR Land Acquisitions LLC. We're connected to every part of the process — from reviewing your property and writing your offer, to working with our title partners and making sure nothing falls through before closing.

Robin built and ran his own gym — a $1M business where he managed payroll, cash flow, and the daily pressure of making the phone ring. He also coached 300+ athletes, including an Olympic bronze medalist, and learned what it takes to lead people, build systems, and follow through under pressure.

Laura brings extensive experience in business administration, research, surveying, and project management. She makes sure the details behind every deal are handled thoroughly and on time — from property records and title work to keeping the closing process organized.

Together, we treat each piece of land as if it were our own, and we treat every landowner as our client — not a lead. Our strength is relationships and connections: knowing the right people, asking the right questions, and getting deals across the finish line so they don't fall apart.
